Giffords has the very same “F” rating for EVERY YEAR she was in Congress, too! ! I wouldn’t doubt ‘ol Ron Barber will follow in both of their steps! Senor Raul Grijalva has been wining, dining, and grooming him just right in Washington, so he should be coming along just like they tell him to.
