I came across this link in my daily web travels. Your average Rethuglican or Tea Bagger will deny to the death that these comments are racist. Their racism is overt and unchecked, and the eventual casualties are those murdered in cold blood because their lives have been devalued based on their skin color, nationality or ethnic origin.

Here are some examples of the aforementioned. Juan Varela a Phoenix man of Mexican descent and fifth generation American, killed in cold blood by a racist that said “go back to Mexico wetback” before extinguishing his life in front of his brother and mother.

Brisenia Flores a nine year child from Arivaca Arizona shot twice in the face by racist minutemen as she plead for her life and said “please don’t kill me” after she had witnessed the cold blooded murder of her U.S. Citizen father of Mexican descent and the shooting of her U.S. Citizen Mother Gina, also of Mexican descent.

Luis Ramirez in Shenandoah Pennsylvania that was beat to death in a park by white Racist youth for being with his longtime white girlfriend and their child. A crime that invoked the following description of the perpetrators by Justice Department prosecutor Myesha Braden “They may not have intended to kill Ramirez, but thought him somehow worthy of being beaten like a dog in the streets.”

Let me be clear if I haven’t already been in my description of just a handful of incidents, these types of comments carry consequences and create casualties.

I just want to point out that Barack Obama’s executive order regarding the Dreamers was the most politically astute move I have seen to date. President Obama not only did what many wanted, he was politically astute in doing so. I don’t think anyone would argue that it was done for political reasons, although I must also add that he had from the very beginning said he supported the Dream Act, which would also lend itself to the idea that he did it because it was the right thing to do.

However, here enters the astuteness of the move, he not only forced the Republican’s hand on the immigration issue, he has Romney talking “long term solution” for the Dreamers. This, after Romney said he would veto the Dream Act if he were the sitting President.

The Republicans have been trying to find a way to spin this as a negative, but they won’t dare say they would repeal the order recently granted by President Obama, they know that to say so, would surely be the defeat of Romney and would leave them scarred for a decade to come.

So, the Dreamers got what they and what many of us wanted, a relief for youngsters brought here at a very young age who have kept their nose clean and have managed to weave themselves into the fabric of this great country. Meanwhile the President got the dialog on the table in a bold move to give relief to Immigrant children and with a very promising future for their parents.

This President and his advisors are consummate professionals and astute politicians. It doesn’t hurt that President Obama is a Harvard graduate and that he grew up poor and as a commoner. This allows him to feel what we feel and relate to things as we relate to them.

It’s disgusting to see the Republicans in Arizona still using smoke screens to confuse the uninformed and primarily conservative voters. This years legislative session includes legislative bills that are meant to pursue, or single out undocumented Immigrants who have made Arizona their place of abode.

Amongst the bills are ones that want undocumented children counted in the classrooms and a report generated that would go to the senate president and the governor as well as the chairman of the appropriations committee, who as many of us know is Don Shooter (R) Mesa, who donned a sombrero, a sarape and a half-filled bottle of tequila on the first day of the special session last year, making a mockery of the special session that was meant to direct legislators to the request for extension of unemployment benefits for Arizonans. Given the unemployment rate in Yuma Arizona, Senator Shooter should have not only taken his job serious, but taking into consideration the Mexican population in his district and the fact that he is pro SB1070, this was a slap in the face to not just Mexicans in his district, but Mexicans in Arizona. When confronted with his inappropriate behavior, shooter responded “Anybody who knows me, knows I’m a cutup, a jokester, but I also play hard and I work hard” Well, I’ll be, that certainly isn’t behavior conducive with what then senate president Russell Pearce called, “maintaining decorum within the senate building.”

Another example of irresponsible behavior from Arizona’s failed leadership is that of Frank Antenori (R) Tucson. As women prayed at a vigil outside the senate building, Antenori, who is currently running for congress, accompanied by senate majority leader Andy Biggs (R) Gilbert, stood inside the senate building, door open, body half way out, and with bullhorn in hand, turned the siren on while pointing the bullhorn at the women in prayer, later screaming through the bullhorn, “how do you like it?”

This irresponsible and childish behavior on behalf of Arizona legislators and our governor who claims to be part of Arizona’s “leadership”, is not uncommon. Many of us saw the recent images that made their way around the world with our inept governor wagging her finger dangerously close to President Obama’s face while reprimanding him for questioning distorted facts within her book.

I could go on and on about the insensitive comments like those of Lori Klein (R) Anthem who yelled “go back to Mexico”, to voters protesting in front of the senate building, but let’s move on and take a look at Arizona’s failed leadership from an incontestable series of facts.

Rather than using their creativity to conjure up laws that promote attrition of Arizona’s Latino and Immigrant community, Arizona’s legislature and it’s governor should be focused on attracting corporations that can bring jobs to Arizona. They should be finding a way to allow small businesses to thrive in Arizona which would stimulate the economy.

Arizona’s “leadership” has many years ago lost their way. They compromised any good intent they may have originally had as legislators for political gain. They have been much more interested in their reelection than reinforcing Arizona’s economy. The creation of unfunded mandates is one clear example of not only their hypocrisy, but their irresponsibility in legislating for Arizona.

Arizona’s lawmakers rant and rave about the cost of Immigrants to Arizona, yet any law created to date, meant to be used as an attrition tool, has been an unfunded mandate.

I interviewed Sheriff Ralph Ogden (R) Yuma, he generated a report many years before the passing of SB1070 that used specific numbers to explain the cost involved with trying to implement an SB1070 type law in his county. Taking his costs from thousands to millions based on the need to incarcerate, prosecute, and further incarcerate post conviction, and that’s only for a misdemeanor charge. Utilizing mandates within SB1070 a second arrest for unlawful presence would require felonious charges therefore creating an exorbitant amount in to the hundreds of millions to incarcerate, adjudicate and subsequently imprison these immigrants whose original intent in Arizona was simply to fill those much needed low skilled labor jobs.

Where is the hypocrisy you may ask? It’s clear that if you preface the “do you support SB1070″ question with, do you consider yourself a fiscal conservative, time, and time again, these legislators and most “conservative” Arizonans will quickly confirm both. Yet, if you follow up with the fact that SB1070 is an unfunded mandate, their blanket response is one that lends credence to the belief that these are racists whose only intent is to eliminate people who come from a cultural background that they simply cannot accept as equals.

The average Republican and legislator in Arizona will consistently respond by saying, “I don’t care what it costs, we just have to get rid of the “illegals” in Arizona.” Fiscal conservative? I truly doubt that! Multiply the “Yuma County factor” by fifteen counties in Arizona and you have a financial dilemma like one never before seen in Arizona.

Now you may be quick to spit out the usual conservative rhetoric or repeat the well known Arizona Republican mantra that was for years promoted by the now disgraced Russell Pearce. “It costs millions to medicate, educate and incarcerate illegals.” If that was even remotely true, consider the costs added from an unfunded state mandate.

There is absolutely no doubt, and as I previously pointed out, there is no refute to the argument that Arizona’s politicians are not interested in making Arizona a more sound state, but in fact are more interested in performing political stunts that will cause their reelection time and again at the expense of a deeply divided and broke Arizona.

I recently became aware of a “Recall Jan Brewer” campaign that was launched by a group of activists that are looking for a change in Arizona. Unfortunately, I know that a recall of Jan Brewer is an uphill battle, especially since you’re looking at a statewide movement that would need thousands of volunteers and hundreds of thousands of dollars to pull off. Believe me, the recall Pearce effort was a cake walk compared to what would be required to recall Arizona’s inept and damning governor, Janice K. Brewer. I wish them well, at least they’re doing something other than complaining.

Given Arizona’s apathetic voters and failed leadership on both the right and the left, perhaps Arizona has what they deserve. The way I see it, most of the legislature and the governor should all be recalled, yes even most on the left who utilize the pro immigrant topic to get reelected, yet lack the political mountain oysters to propose and push for sweeping changes.

Republicans never cease to amaze me. There’s currently a Republican Arizona lawmaker out of Tucson promoting a religious studies bill in this years legislative agenda. Terri Proud (R) district 26 wants a law that specifically teaches religion in the classrooms. The Associated Press reports:

Republican Rep. Terri Proud of Tucson sponsored the measure, which asks the state Board of Education to design a course called “The Bible and its Influence on Western Culture.” The course would be an elective at high schools that choose to offer it.

Public schools across the country have generally avoided Bible courses, but hundreds offer such classes as electives.

The bill stipulates that the course maintain “religious neutrality,” and requires the state Attorney General to review the curriculum to ensure it doesn’t conflict with the U.S. Constitution.

Proud, who is on the House Education Committee, said she wants students to learn about the Bible’s influence on art and literature, noting that there are biblical references in everything from Michelangelo’s paintings and Shakespeare’s plays to modern movies and television.

“This is such an essential foundation for our kids’ knowledge,” she said. “We are so engulfed in it.”

If students aren’t taught those references, Proud said, they face a learning gap from high school to college.

Proud said teachers in her district told her they have a fear of mentioning Christianity or the Bible in the classroom, and she hopes the law will give them some guidance.

“There’s nothing wrong with bringing religion into a classroom,” she said. “The issue is we can’t bring devotion.”

So in a 2012 Arizona where Ethnic Studies has just been banned by Republicans promoting an anti-Immigrant agenda, another one of those Republicans is promoting pro religion studies. According to Proud, “the Attorney General for the state of Arizona would have to review the curriculum to ensure it doesn’t conflict with the U.S. Constitution.”

Keep in mind that the current Attorney General for the state of Arizona is Tom Horne, who worked closely with Steve Montenegro (R) district 12 to promote HB2281 while Horne was the Superintendent of Public Instruction.

How will Horne react to this bill that specifically promotes religion in the classrooms, in high schools, and in Tucson nonetheless? Proud is quick to state “There’s nothing wrong with bringing religion into a classroom,” she said. “The issue is we can’t bring devotion.”

Victoria Lopez, a program director with the Arizona office of the American Civil Liberties Union, said a Bible-focused class is “troubling.”

Lopez said it’s difficult for a school to teach such a course without imposing a particular religious view.

“It’s very easy for teachers to cross the line and violate students’ religious rights,” she said. “There’s a lot of room here for those violations to take place.”

Though the course would be an elective, Lopez said it’s a problem that public resources and agencies would be involved in some form of religious study.

We’ll see what kind of legal challenge this bill will bring if it does in fact translate into law and specifically how Attorney General Tom Horne the primary anti ethnic studies advocate will handle this specific studies issue.

For the record, I am a Christian who supports ethnic studies.

The Obama administration by and through Janet Napolitano recently issued a memorandum of sorts, ordering a case by case study of the over 300,000 detainees in federal detention centers. This memo coupled with another memo issued on June 17, 2011 by the director of Homeland Security John Morton outlining the candidates for prosecutorial discretion was taken by those opposed to unlawful immigration as a back door amnesty. On the other hand, those who are pro-Immigrant ungratefully complained that it wasn’t enough demanding a shut down of the secure communities program by President Obama.

Two extreme sides that outline today’s reality regarding the precarious immigration issue. There are many who supported a broad and unrealistic immigration reform proposal tendered by Congressman Luis Gutierrez (D-Illinois, 4th) last year. An unrealistic request from a congressman who claims to champion immigration reform. On the other hand the GOP and their extremist splinter called the Tea Party, label any attempt to bring forth the immigration issue as an attempt to grant amnesty to thousands of “illegals” [sic]. The same, claims, that these are illegal Democrats and that Obama will have instant voters if some sort of immigration reform were to be instituted.

The reality is that ignorance in general from both sides regarding the immigration issue lends itself to manipulation of the masses. The pseudo leaders in the Latino community tug on the immigrants heartstrings by telling them that Obama failed them and that he is responsible for Bush’s secure communities program. They have essentially placed blinders on the immigrant community and have dangled the immigration reform carrot in front of their noses, allowing them to drag them here and there. The GOP and the Tea Party has used a combination of tactics to lead the blind. In some cases they cater to the white supremacist claiming that we are being overrun by “illegals” [sic]. They can also tug on those racists heart strings by claiming that America isn’t what it used to be since the “illegals” [sic] came in. Yet others are deceived by catering to their xenophobic tendencies by claiming that “illegals” [sic] are bringing in disease and that they are like cockroaches, dirty and unkempt. They further the paranoia for all the previous categories by claiming that the immigrants breed like rabbits and that their children want to grow up to be gang members.

The United States has been undeniably polarized by the immigration issue. In the end, just like anything else, it’s going to require a financial interest to pass immigration reform and new leaders will have to emerge. The snake oil salesmen on both sides will need to retire into obscurity allowing a responsible and more centered leadership to egress.

Finally for those pro Immigrant critics of President Obama’s policies I have linked a recent article outlining the surging effect of the Obama administration’s new policy, and for those fear mongers who claim it’s a back door amnesty, understand this, what you are seeing is a responsible and centered approach to a much needed relief for those people you currently utilize to wash your cars, cook your food, mow your lawns and build your houses.

The answer is simple. You have no choice! The major corporations want you to, and if you don’t do it, you won’t get the service you’re looking for.

Stop blaming it on the Mexicans! Blame it on the corporations who are desperately trying to capture every red cent or greenback. They don’t give a damn about the skin color of the person who’s spending the bucks, all they want is the bucks.

It’s hilarious the way songs are created and blogs are written about how a true American shouldn’t have to press 1 for English. You hear the usual crap, like, “learn the language”, or “if you want to live in the U.S., you best learn the language buddy.” (Said with an accent from Alabama.)

The reality is that those major corporations launched a campaign long ago to cater to that Spanish speaking dollar. It became an out right war between the banks and other financial institutions and corporations to grab the almighty green from the less mighty brown.

These corporations could give a damn how much you hoot and holler about having to press one for English. You might as well get used to it and shut the hell up. Just press one for English and move on, unless you’re bilingual like me then I can press either one.

Hey you facilitated this monster. You’re the Tea Bagger or “Conservative” who wants to continue giving tax cuts to these major corporations who do what any good capitalist would do, capture the market. Right?

So the next time you call that corporation and you are told to press 1 for English, remember, pressing 1 facilitates another market to press 2 which creates more profits for the major corporations which according to you, creates more jobs for people like us.

So grin and bear it Mr. capitalist, conservative, Tea Bagging complainer. It’s capitalism 1-0-1.

I think the obvious answer is yes. Well, let’s clarify what president I’m referring to. I’m in fact referring to Russell Pearce, Arizona’s senate president. According to Pearce, in a letter sent out to his supporters, he calls himself the senate Tea Party president. What an absolute joke. This man is like a leech on an a jack-ass’ arse. He’ll bleed anything around him so long as he can survive and fill his spineless body with that much needed blood.

In a recent email to Pearce & Brewer supporters, Janice K. Brewer, Arizona’s 22nd governor, didn’t just ask, but plead for money for her boss hog of the state of Arizona. We all know what this is all about.

It’s obvious Jan Brewer is stepping up to the plate for Pearce because she owes him big time. After all it was his anti-immigrant legislation SB1070 that propelled this inept, ex secretary of state, and worthless ex legislator to the top. Brewer has never denied it. Brewer is in fact the “sitting” governor of the state of Arizona, and that’s about as far as it goes. She is allowed to sit on the throne, but Pearce is actually our defacto Arizona governor. Pearce made his position very clear during a Sunday Square Off interview in which he said he was a co-partner in running this state and that, according to Pearce, “you can’t ignore the fact that senate bill 1070 had an impact on the governor’s race.” Anyway you want to spin that comment, politically it means one thing, you owe me big time guv.

So now that Pearce is in trouble, well, let me rephrase that, now that he has been placed in the predicament of a hasty election in November, Janice is groveling for money for her “dance partner”, of course he’s taken the lead as any self respecting chauvinistic Tea Party politician would in this political tango.

Oh what a tangled web we weave, When first we practice to deceive the people of Arizona using false statistics and fear mongering while maintaining an intimate relationship with the corporate corrections giants. Maybe Pearce can turn to them for funding, after all, he’s made them a pretty penny in Arizona. Perhaps he can get some more bowl tickets and auction them off to not just the highest bidder, but the most racist of the bidders.

In any event Jan Brewer’s intervention in the upcoming November 8, 2011 election is barefaced and unapologetic, after all, she owes a debt. It’s quid pro quo time and Pearce has called in his chips, and Brewer has diligently responded like any cheap ballerina would with, what’s your song of choice Mr. Pearce? (make sure you read that with a southern drawl)

Frankly I’m disgusted with the behavior of these so called conservatives. They aren’t conservatives. They’re hypocrites. Two face, double dealing liars, labeling themselves as Republicans. Many of them claiming to be Christians. I call them domestic terrorists. They’re not only responsible for allowing the worst attack on U.S. soil under their idol George Bush’s regime, but they have systematically ruined this country. The Republican’s behavior is appalling and disgusting.

Why are we putting up with these worthless traitors that call themselves Americans? They empower themselves by wearing guns strapped to their waist and flaunting their large cache of weapons. Why don’t we all do the same? They fly the American flag as if it only belongs to them. Why aren’t we taking back patriotism. We own patriotism just as much as they do, and don’t you forget it. Why aren’t we using the same rhetoric as they are? In fact, let’s do it! Lock and load! Don’t retreat, reload! Fight fire with fire! We have allowed these bottom feeders to take over this country, and for what reason? Because we want to take the high road? There is no high road nowadays. There is just one road! It’s one lane, and we shouldn’t move over! Let’s walk, drive, barrel right over these road hogs. Let’s take this country back from these parasitic mutated creatures called Republicans.

If we don’t do something now, we will certainly see a communist country brought to you courtesy of the cockroaches after they finish George Bush’s dirty work by selling the country off to China. Hell, they own our debt, they just about own our land.

These Republican leeches idolize Ronald Reagan and preach from the no tax bible, and yet Reagan raised taxes 11 times when he was in office. Half of these parasites don’t possess critical thinking skills, let alone the ability to actually do any research. They follow the monkey see monkey do mentality, if they heard it from another primate, they repeat it themselves regardless of the consequences to themselves, their family or their country.

They’re so willing to be right, that they sink this country and unfortunately the left will actually apologize! Let’s put a stop to this mayhem, the next time you hear a loudmouth lying Republican open his lying trap, set him straight and send him packing.

As far as I’m concerned, as long as they keep stomping on the right side of the scales, I’m going to stomp on the left, hell, I’ll go one further, I’ll push them of the scales! Politically of course! It’s nothing different than what they’ve been doing to us and this country.

Oh, and for you Republicans that are pitching a fit right now, calling me a hater, and an inciter of violence, and so on and so forth. Please, don’t take this out of context. It’s all just related to politics and not meant to be offensive.

Thanks Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Ann Coulter, Michelle Malkin, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck and the rest of you right wing demagogues, I took a page out of your book.

When I first became aware of Lori Klein it is was in January when Klein took a loaded gun into the Senate building. The building is clearly marked and states that you must check in all weapons. It’s actually a state law! However according to Russell Pearce as the Senate President he can supersede state law in that building and he’s okay with Senators packing heat in the Senate building, and according to Pearce, that’s not up for debate. Klein at the time indicated that the senate has a don’t ask don’t tell policy about violating the weapons law that applies to the senate building.

I once again became aware of Lori Klein (R) Anthem, during a senate floor session in which Klein read a letter on the Arizona State Senate floor. The letter itself was controversial as it appears that Sen. Klein had not herself researched the validity of the letter, or the accusations, but had received the letter from Senate President Russell Pearce and decided to read the letter on the floor of the senate.

The letter was filled with lies about Latino children and their desire to grow up to be thugs. Lori Klein read it with such passion, that it appeared to validate her own feelings towards Latino kids. The letter was written by substitute teacher Tony Hill who has since been researched and labeled by many as unfit to teach in public schools because of his alleged violent behavior.

The court file notes that Hill was suspended in 2006 from his job at a supermarket “because of his irrational behavior,” and was hospitalized for a time for depression and possible suicidal thoughts.

After his discharge, the file continues, Hill allegedly threatened his work supervisor and his wife–the latter ”fled the marital home with the minor children and all pets,” and won a court order of protection.

Klein defended her irresponsible action tooth and nail, and as if that wasn’t enough, I subsequently had a run in with Lori Klein while I was protesting at the State Capitol.

Klein walked past a group of our protesters with a handful of all white high school kids in tow and yelled out, “why don’t you go back to Mexico.” It was appalling behavior on behalf of a state senator and certainly conduct unbecoming that of a senator. Nonetheless Klein once again felt her actions were justified and apparently felt she was setting a good example for these kids from Anthem, Arizona who were following close behind her.

As Klein went by the protesters questioned her comments about going back to Mexico, and once again Klein yelled, “Why don’t you go back to Mexico.” Present, and as witnesses, were two Anglo protesters. They were shocked that Lori Klein would have made those kind of statements to a group of peaceful protesters at the state capitol.

The kids that were with Lori Klein came back and started arguing with the protesters, making comments like, “why do you defend illegals”, and “they don’t deserve an education.”

I could see where this was going and I suggested that the protesters not engage the unruly teenagers who were simply following the monkey see, monkey do philosophy.

As breaking news hit the media today on Lori Klein, I wasn’t surprised to see that Klein had once again made the news. This time an Arizona Republic reporter, Richard Ruelas encountered Klein’s bizarre behavior. According to news reports and accounts given by Ruelas, as reported by the Arizona Guardian,

Republican Sen. Lori Klein was showing off her raspberry-pink handgun when she aimed it at a journalist who was interviewing her in the lounge just outside the Senate chambers.

According to the story that was published Sunday in the Arizona Republic, Klein’s .380 Ruger was loaded and did not have a safety to keep the gun from going off.

But Klein told the reporter, Richard Ruelas, that he didn’t need to worry because, “I just didn’t have my hand on the trigger.”

The Arizona Republic reports,

“She had (the gun) out, and I looked down and saw the red dot on my chest,” Ruelas recounted Monday. He said he didn’t ask Klein to demonstrate the gun’s feature, nor did he realize until much later in his interview that her gun was loaded and did not have a safety.

Klein now denies that she pointed the gun at Ruelas. Klein stated later,

Klein trained the laser site on a blank wall to demonstrate it for the photographer.

But Klein, in an e-mail to Arizona Capitol Times, said there was only one instance where she turned on the laser sight , and she wrote that Ruelas sat himself down in front of it.

Ruelas offered a different account and has a tape recording of the interview that makes two different references to the laser sighting.

Yet another controversial incident involving a State Senator that has at the very least breached decorum, which according to Senate President Pearce is unacceptable in “his” senate building, and possibly a criminal act according to some legal experts.

Lori Klein admits to telling Protesters to go back to Mexico

So the question is, Is Lori Klein a gun toting racist?

Victoria Falcone-Camey asked:

Carlos what do you think about those saying no support for Obama until he stops deporting?

My response may make some of you angry, but at least you know I am honest. I say what many of you think, but are not willing to say. By the way, the Rethuglicans need not jump on board. You are what’s wrong with Arizona and the United States.

So here is my response to the aforementioned question:

It’s the typical shoot yourself in the foot mentality. Let’s see what’s the alternative? Romney? Nah, don’t think he’ll stop the deportations! Oh, I know, Herman Cain, oh…he is afraid of Muslims and he said they shouldn’t permit birthright citizenship for children of undocumented parents, Ron Paul said the same! So he’s not the guy! Should I go on?

We all know there won’t be opposition from the Dems in the primary, so……. It’s Obama and whomever the Rethuglicans nominate. So would we want any of those thugs sitting as Commander in Chief. Will they stop the deportations? NO….We know how much the GOP uses the undocumented people issue to rev up their base!

All these nay sayers are hurting because of what is happening to our people. I am too. Believe me I advocate every day and have been arrested and threatened and my wife was even assaulted, However, I’m a pragmatist while still allowing myself to dream at least a little. These nay sayers that claim they won’t support President Obama should just stop with their support of the Rethuglicans! Oh, did I say that out loud?

Any negative feedback for President Obama lends credibility to the right’s complaints and fuels the fire. It’s time the Dem lights and the failed leaders shut up! They didn’t do a damn thing when Bush was in office! Most of these policies, including the “secure communities” program were put in place under Bush’s administration.

These pseudo leaders and pseudo activists ran their non-profits, marched people in the streets and refused to register them to vote. Then they expected to bully their way through the political system. For years they profited from the oppressed who yearn for CIR. They have failed to properly lead and meet the needs of our beloved undocumented friends and family members. They didn’t stop to realize that the Blacks were in line, the gays were in line, the people demanding health care were in line, the Dems with power who supported Obama were in line. Everyone had and has had their hand out. No! They’ve had their fists out! They have been pounding it, insisting they will bail out on any support for President Obama if he doesn’t cough up what they want.

Victoria, just stop and think, if each state would have had the proper leadership, and had they been pragmatists when they saw what Bush was doing and how Immigrants were being used as scapegoats, they could have and should have prevented this attack at a state level.

However, you see these same activists in bed with the police chiefs who are more harmful with their police forces than Joe Arpaio! Daily they detain and arrest our people for things that are absurd, e.g. broken tail lights, broken windshields etc. They then take them to the local jail for processing through the 287g program. You have never seen these pseudo activists or pseudo leaders go after the local politicians, such as the mayors who hold hands with these police chiefs. They don’t go after the city council members who pass city rules that deny the acceptance of the matricula consular as an alternative identification to present to police officers, like they did here in Phoenix many years before the actual matricula law was passed this legislative session.

No Victoria, this is a much more complex issue. The local pseudo leaders and activists in each state and each “Latino” organization like to point fingers and yell at President Obama.

In the end, it diverts attention from their failed leadership.

In solidarity,

Carlos E. Galindo
