WHY WE NEED CREATIVE MINDS AND HOW TO DEVELOP THEM. Free lecture
Monday, February 8th, 2010Learn why and how creativity is developed in a FREE lecture by Jane Buckman, artist and teacher at Green Fields Country Day School February 17.
Buckman developed her own creative process studying art at Pennsylvania State University and independently while living in a secluded log cabin in the mountains. There she established her respect for the environment and an understanding of the importance of reflection.
Jane Buckman’s paintings are in private and corporate collections and have been exhibited in numerous galleries. She illustrated the children’s book “Elena and the Coin,” published by Desert Archeology. Her free public lecture is part of the school’s 2010 “Teachers on Teaching” series.
