John McCain is obviously out of touch and evidencing early senility. There should be a yearly re-qualification for ALL Legislators and those who are cognitively impaired removed and replaced. At the very least he needs to be removed from the panel and replaced with someone who’s impartial and NOT carrying a massive, childish grudge.

John McCain can’t seem to remember if he is Helping George Bush fight the ’100 Year War’ in Iraq that McCain said he would be fine with – OR – Is he back in a cage in North Vietnam; where he got himself shot down bombing their Cities. He does not seem to be Living in the Present World
