I understand what Mr. Becker went through. My daughter was a victim of Summit Legal. Without getting too deep into this, I can state that the only attorney at Summit Legal was suspended by the Florida bar on July 25, 2011 for “causing great public harm.” Disbarment is pending. The Florida Attorney General’s Economic Crimes Division, on October 18, 2011, filed a cease and desist order against the non-lawyers at Summit Legal, who had operated the scam under various corporate names. Summit Legal is now out of business, and the scammers have moved on. The AG’s office is pursuing restitution, but nobody seems to know where the money went. Victims of Summit Legal should contact Terry Crossen of the AG’s office at 561-837-5000, ext. 123, and Sheila Tuma of the Florida Bar at 407-515-3248.

Have ordered from 20th century plastics for years. After repeated calls and letter, have not received order for leather albums and plastic sheets but was charged $120.29 almost 1-1/2 years ago. Will we ever see product or money?

it should read victims of fraud.. mostly from credit card numbers stolen this is NOT identify theft…
only about 375,000 were true id theft

I tried reporting it to local police but they don’t believe me. At least if they come and get me, it’s on record. I hope. I traced several people who just one package would affect . The stores I contacted and said I was returning the packages. Still trying to reach the person who paid to me thru Pay Pal. He probley does’nt know. Then are the people whos credit cards were used. I showed the police officer the packages in my trunk I was shipping back to the stores. He still did not believe me. I tol him they were paid with stolen credit card numbers. I think Nordstrom and Neimun Marcas believe and thanked me.
