Current and former University of Arizona athletes are always making news and not always in traditional mediums. We scoured the Internet and found Wildcats online by visiting these lynx

The NFL season is six-weeks deep and the race for the Ex-Wildcat Offensive MVP Award — an honor we made up solely for his post — is heating up.

Of the dozen Arizona alums in the NFL only three of them are skill players — and only two of them have scored a touchdown.

Tight end Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots has the clear advantage over Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Mike Thomas in touchdowns, but their numbers are close in other stat columns.

The firing of Arizona football coach Mike Stoops also spells the end of the Facebook page “Fire Mike Stoops.” Surprisingly, none of the page’s 125 followers reacted to Stoops’ dismissal. The last post came from Miles Burris, who advocated firing Wildcat Athletic Director Greg Byrne.
