House buying in the current marketEver try buying a house? I have or am. It's my first time too. My father always has told me "get a house you're throwing away your money in an apartment." So after I got preapproved for a loan I went on a quest to find me a house. I'm still questing. My Realtor (Aaron Boiyiddle) is a cool guy and very patient. Unfortunately, there are some stipulations, first off my loan is $125,000 which is small, I know. Consider the following though, I'm single (that's right ladies), have no kids or pets and don't need anything big. So, that kind of pigeonholes me. More » |
