In-N-Out Burger comes this notice for the June 2 P&Z meeting (6 p.m. OV Town Hall, 11000 N. La Cañada Drive):
Public Hearing: OV8-09-002, Greenberg/Farrow, representing In-N-Out Burger, request for approval of a conditional use permit for a restaurant with drive-thru, located within the Oro Valley Marketplace, in proximity to the southwest corner of Oracle Road and Tangerine Road.
In-N-Out has two area locations (3711 E. Broadway and 8180 Cortaro Road), and announced plans last month for a third location at 8 N. Kolb Road expected to open in about a year.
