Once again, the flip-flopping policies of the government, which are ruled by the political winds of change, are about to further discombobulate the issue of immigration enforcement.

An article on USATODAY.com discusses the shift of focus from widespread roundups of illegal entrants to thorough investigations of employers’ hiring records. Of course, this means that the government can levy substantial fines, but it does not stem the flood of humanity that continues to enter the U.S. illegally.

Advocates for immigration reform, which is a politically correct misdirect term for amnesty, support the new administrations move; however, their agenda seldom addresses how these people are exploited on both sides of the border to generate money for criminal enterprises in Mexico and further profits in the U.S.

The government is providing training to local law enforcement, but it is aimed at selective enforcement efforts handling “dangerous” illegal entrants as opposed to those who commit misdemeanor offenses — like crossing illegally into the U.S.!
