Summer solstice today, viewed the 7:33 p.m. sunset at this Sun Circle with about 25 other people, some passing through, some new residents, some locals — all enjoying the longest day of the year and being together. Artist Chris Tanz, her husband Jean-Paul, Joseph Pinella (qi gong/tai chi teacher) were there as well, as well some drummers/percussionists.

Well, it took us over a year after that KUAT show to find it, but it’s well worth the visit. Why not plan for the Winter Solstice on December 21st– sunrise or sunset)?
