Carolyn's Community - Our sense of group togetherness and "community" in Tucson

Under the Tucson Sun (updated)

by on Mar. 02, 2011, under Life, Media, Politics

Back in August 2009 when we had only a few bloggers & readers online, I wrote about community resources (publications/news outlets) in the Tucson/Southern Arizona area. I wasn’t so computer savvy, so I didn’t even include the blue hyperlinks.

So now that March 2011 & Spring are here, I’m re-publishing an updated (somewhat comprehensive list of how to find out what’s there to do in the Old Pueblo, under the Tucson Sun) — to aid us all in learning about & enjoying the numerous community events.

Shouldn’t that be Tuscon sun? (Ha! little smiley face emoticon goes here).

    • Carolyn Classen

I guess you mean the Tuscan  Sun.   I liked that movie, “Under the Tuscan Sun”, filmed in Tuscany, Italy.

      • Mark B. Evans

I thought I was making a pun on your pun. Guess not.

        • Carolyn Classen

Actually I liked it, very funny pun: “Tuscon” is similar to Tuscan.

    Tucson Observer?  Weekly LGBT newspaper.

Sorry I missed it, updated above.
