I think recalls need a bit more excitement….
If the representative gets recalled, them and their staff must leave Arizona and never come back.
If the recall fails, the people who signed their name to the petitions must leave Arizona and never come back.
Might make people think about just throwing their name on a piece of paper (think legally binding contract) and just might make the representatives do their job better.

Just a thought.
