To see the long list of “amigos” (and supporters) for local attorney Jonathan Rothschild, go to his campaign website at www.jonathanformayor.com. He is facing opposition for Mayor of Tucson by 3 Democratic write-in candidates (David Karr, Joseph Maher, Jr. and Rich Kessler), 2 Greens (Dave Croteau & Mary DeCamp) facing off in the Green Party primary on August 30, and two write-in Republicans (Rick Grinnell and Daryl Peterson) should either receive 1060 votes in their primary.

If you haven’t met political newcomer Jonathan yet, this may be your chance!

Rothschild’s accoplishments are that he inherited a law firm from his dad and served as the Democrat Party Treasurer. Why would someone spend almost $300,000 to get a job that pays $36,000 a year? His endorsements are from organized labor. Looks alot like trying to entreanch the status quo in Tucson Goverment. How’s THAT been goging.
Haven’t we learned our lesson already about electing highly patisan people that lack experience and have social agendas?

I believe that the Mayor of Tucson earns $42,000/year.   Listen to all 3 Mayoral candidates on KUAT Channel 6 this  Thursday evening at 6:30 p.m.
