Watched Uncle Willie create dragon balloon figures for kids, enjoyed some corn beef & cabbage, & other festivities at Armory Park. The Mayor, Congressman Barber, Councilmembers Uhlich & Fimbres in the parade along Stone Ave. May the luck of the Irish be with you at this festival and along 4th Avenue today.
