SACA is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization. Founded in the mid 1980s, SACA has been the premier clay organization in this part of the Grand Canyon State for over 25 years. Southern Arizona Clay Artists was formed to provide a greater understanding and appreciation of clay to the community at large and to provide a cooperative network for clay artists both professionals and enthusiasts.

Over 200 talented members look to SACA for fun and informative workshops, engaging and well-known presenters, and opportunities to present their work in shows and exhibitions. Our Community Outreach – EMPTY BOWLS – allows us to share a common goal with our local Southern Arizona community and our National clay community.

Most importantly, SACA offers a venue for those interested in clay to share their passion, inspire each other, and share resources.
