Dr. Masaru Emoto has photographed thousands of water crystals in his years of water research. The most beautiful crystals are those formed after the water is exposed to the words “love and gratitude.”

Born in Japan, Dr. Emoto is a graduate of the Yokohama Municipal University’s Department of Humanities and Sciences, with a focus on International Relations. In 1992, he received certification from the Open International University as a Doctor of Alternative Medicine.

Dr. Emoto is the author of several bestselling books, including “The Hidden Messages in Water”, “The True Power of Water”, and “The Secret Life of Water”. His books have been translated into more than twenty-five languages.

“Dr. Emoto says that when we speak positive words, we send out that vibration to others. They in turn emit positive words, and as a results we are touched by the positive vibration. The energies are exchanged through resonance. “Love and gratitude” exemplify the principle of resonance—working together, they create a balance of energy that yields a beautiful and harmonious crystal according to Emoto’s research.” (from Loft website)
