<p>&#8220;This symposium will focus on the southward migration of Chinese immigrants to southern Arizona from northern California, and northward migration from Mexico, beginning in the 1800s. The symposium will also present findings on local circumstances of the Chinese after their arrival.&#8221;</p>

<p>See event flyer &amp; registration form below.  Registration: $5 non members, free to students &amp; TCCC members, but $10 for all for the dim sum lunch. Exhibit Admission is also free, and the exhibit continues to March 2011. This Exhibition is in partnership with the <a href="http://www.arizonahistoricalsociety.org/">Arizona Historical Society</a> Southern Division.  The Symposium is made possible in part by a grant from the <a href="http://www.azhumanities.org/">Arizona Humanities Council</a>. </p>
