Judgement has no place at the international level
Thursday, May 19th, 2011According to a spokesperson for the International Monetary Fund, its besieged managing director, Dominique Strauss-Kahn, is resigning effective immediately. His resignation comes as no surprise since several days ago he was charged with sexual assault in New York. It’s good to know the world’s currency has been overseen by a man who can’t manage to keep his pants zipped up.
The alleged inappropriate actions by Strauss-Kahn further erode the credibility of this global operation and serve to undermine the stability of every form of currency worldwide. If he really was arrogant enough to pull such a mindless personal stunt, then what other shenanigans did he contrive and successfully initiate during his tenure?
Regardless of the kind of currency you have in your wallet it’s a good idea to hold on to it for the time being. You never know when it may quadruple in value or become virtually worthless….
