Quick and Delicious Valentine Dessert!! Mocha Pudding

Mocha Pudding
1 cup heavy Cream-6 tsp Intstant Espresso Powder-12 Ounces Bittersweet Chocolate-1/2 cup sugar-2 eggs at room temperature-2 tsp vanilla-1/4 tsp salt
Bring Cream and espresso powder to simmer in saucepan whisking while it simmers
In food processor combine sugar and chocolate and blend until finely ground
Add the eggs, vanilla and salt and blend until combined
Slowly stream the cream mixture while processor is on until smooth about 2 minutes
Transfer to glass cups and refrigerate until ready to serve and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries
