Honey Mustard Salmon Pasta Salad

Great salad for a warm summer day!

1 Lb Salmon
1 Lb Whole grain bowtie pasta
4 plum tomatos chopped
8 oz snow peas
1 cup mayo
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup of honey
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/4 cup canola oil
1 Tbs garlic powder
2 Tbs dried basil

Boil pasta according to directions on box adding the Snow peas the last minute of cooking
Drain and cool
Grill Salmon until just under done (The salmon will finish cooking while resting)
In mixing bowl blend mayo, dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, oil, garlic powder, basil and salt and pepper to taste. Blend well
Add Pasta, snow peas and tomatos and mix lightly with dressing
Break salmon into bite size pieces and lightly stir into pasta salad
Chill for a few hours and serve
