Curry Chicken Salad

You can use all yogurt instead of mayo if you like

4- 8 oz boneless chicken breasts

1 Tbs Turmeric
1 Tbs Curry poewder
1 tsp kosher salt

1 small chopped red onion
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup golden raisins

1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 Tbs agave nectar
juice from 1 lemon
2 tsp curry powder
1 cup toasted cashews
1 cup red seedless grapes (cut in half if large)

Rub turmeric, curry powder and salt on chicken and grill
Let cool and cut into chunks

In mixing bowl combine mayo, yogurt, agave nectar, lemon juice and crry powder and mix well
add chicken, raisins, coconut, grapes and toasted cashews and combine

Serve over mixed green or in a Tortilla wrap
