<p>4- 8 oz boneless chicken breasts</p>
<p>1 Tbs Turmeric<br />
1 Tbs Curry poewder<br />
1 tsp kosher salt</p>
<p>1 small chopped red onion<br />
1/2 cup coconut<br />
1/2 cup golden raisins</p>
<p>1/2 cup mayo<br />
1/2 cup greek yogurt<br />
2 Tbs agave nectar<br />
juice from 1 lemon<br />
2 tsp curry powder<br />
1 cup toasted cashews<br />
1 cup red seedless grapes (cut in half if large)</p>
<p>Rub turmeric, curry powder and salt on chicken and grill<br />
Let cool and cut into chunks</p>
<p>In mixing bowl combine mayo, yogurt, agave nectar, lemon juice and crry powder and mix well<br />
add chicken, raisins, coconut, grapes and toasted cashews and combine</p>
<p>Serve over mixed green or in a Tortilla wrap</p>
