Citizens! To The Barricades!

Considering the budget disaster last night visited on the powerless citizens of Baja Arizona we must ask, “Is it time to secede?” The answer is we must. The Data Port has acquired a document that outlines the plans and principles of the “Free Baja Arizona” movement. We make it available here.

I will take a look at the articles of secession later on. Right now, I can’t help but note that the legislative branch has had plenty of time and energy to work on numerous bills targeting immigrants, abortion rights and ethnic studies, but no time for things like working out a budget. I suspect this showdown is exactly what they’ve had in mind all along; a part of a grand plan to turn the state into their vision of a reactionary’s paradise. Let’s just rename the whole state Baja Alabama.

It is about time we have a voice in the this government. The Caca Arizona has ruled our lives long enough.
