I think city-wide elcting of the council members is silly. I recently moved here from Kansas City, Missouri, where they have a Ward setup similar to Tucson's. The only difference is that each Ward elects its own council member to represent it, which makes a lot more sense than the entire city voting for council members that represent someone else. The Rialto mess is a disaster and the offered solutions made public do not help any. Trasoff and Glassman need to stop giving away city land just to make developers happy.
