1. Prop 115 is no religious in anyway if it was then Sarah Simmons would have been in jail when she was in Juvenile Court as she did advocate socialism on the bench an ignored a child’s safety and stability. Our county has many children who are damaged by Sarah Simmons personal moral values that she imposes on the public without reason of law or honorable justice.
2. Prop 115 requires three organizations of the state to review judicial activities. Why because judicial branch has and always been involved in privatized political activities. The politics is involved its just done in the background.
3. Prop 115 protects the citizens of the state by forcing the judicial branch to follow the law because that is why they are there to start with and they have not been doing it! The Judicial System is not there for privet parties on tax payer dime it is there to service our laws!
