The beauty of our society is that we can express ourselves, debate, hash out differences. But some of what we do with our Freedom of Speech and our freedom to make laws is downright hurtful like banning studies that help young people understand their culture's roles in the building of our nation, that help them see where they fit in and how they can contribute to the whole and make our nation and, indeed, our world better. Now these children are having to prove that they're not sugar candy as they fight to restore something they love, something that was taken from them in a spirit of hatefulness. And we shouldn't rely on our King or Tsar, our so called leaders, to turn this around as they are the culprits. We the People should take care of this as it definitely falls in the category of what is the right thing to do.
