Way to go AJ , it is about time someone stood up to the corporate greed that permeates Gannett, you were a loyal and valuable employee for many years and your thanks is to get thrown under the bus.
I canceled d my subscriptions to both the Citizen and the the Star after their atrocious conduct while shutting down the paper.
I hope that you win your lawsuit and that it sends a message that the “We are mad as Hell, and we are not going to take it anymore.”

You go, girl! I have always seen you demonstrate the highest ideals as a journalist, and you have more integrity than most people I’ve ever met, and certainly more than the Tucson Citizen. You know that you are right, so hang tight and don’t give up the good fight. Thank God people like you don’t just sit back and “take it.” You are an inspiration!

A.J. Flick is a unbiased and professional journalist who held up her end of the agreement. Gannett should pay for her 15yrs of award winning services. I am glad that she is fighting them and deserves everything that is rightfully OWED to her.
