Womens Basketball League

High School players/teams will be able to start after state playoffs.

The league is open to all women players. Participants must be 16 or older to play. The league will offer one open division with an age restriction of 16 or older.

Entries Open: Wednesday January 6, 2009
Entries Close: Friday February 12, 2010

Entries will be accepted at the UA Student Recreation Center, 1400 East 6th Street, 85721. You can also submit your entry by mail. Please put to the attention of Mirum Washington White.

Play Begins: Saturday, February 20, 2010. All teams will receive a schedule. Teams may also check the posted schedule (2nd floor SRC) to find play dates/times.

Play Days: Saturday Mornings.
Games typically start at 9:00 a.m. The number of teams entered will determine actual play times.

Play Format:
Teams will play a league schedule. The number of teams registered will determine the number of games each team will play. We reserve the right to combine leagues and time slots due to late entries and/or incomplete leagues being formed.

Playoff Format:
Depending on number of entries, playoff will either be a single or double elimination play-off bracket.

League Team Rosters:
There is a limit of 12 players per team.

Cost:

$300.00 per team
