Kayleigh LeBlanc & Andrea Larkins selected to Adidas Futures National Tourney

Buena catcher Kayleigh LeBlanc and Sahuaro pitcher Andrea Larkins have been selected to play in the 2nd Annual Adidas Futures tournament to be held in Utah next week.

LeBlanc and Larkins play club fastpitch with Team Velocity of Tucson but will be traveling to Utah to play with the Arizona Cheetahs out of Winslow. The Cheetahs are coached by Quentin Hayes.

LeBlanc was an All-Southern Arizona selection and Larkins was an All-Division II selection last season. Team Velocity finished runner-up in the 16U ASA state tournament last weekend in Prescott.

SCHEDULE

Tuesday, July 17
Opening ceremonies/dinner with special guest Four-time NCAA All-American and Olympian Monica Abbott.

Wednesday, July 18
10 am AZ Cheetahs vs. Lil Rebels (NV)
5 pm AZ Cheetahs vs. USA Stars (IN)

Thursday, July 19
8 am AZ Cheetahs vs. Team Canada Red (CAN)
Noon AZ Cheetahs vs. Colorado Stars (CO)
9 pm AZ Cheetahs vs. USA Athletics (CA)
