Bracket play consisted of stellar the pitching by Mandy Lorenson and Hailly Greenough as the team went undefeated until the championship game.
Team Velocity just had to win one game in the championship series but they were defeated by the Artesia Punishers 9-2 to force an “if game.” In the second game, a scoreless game was won by the Punishers on an International Tie Breaker by the score of 1 – 0 after 8 eight innings.
