State golf: Krystal Quihuis paces Salpointe to a 26-stroke lead

GIRLS DIVISION I

No Southern Arizona teams or individuals qualified from Division I.

GIRLS DIVISION II

October 26-27: Silverbell

Salpointe is leading Cactus Shadows by a commanding 26-stroke lead (303-329) after the first round of the Division II state playoffs held at Silverbell on Friday.

Leading the way is Krystal Quihuis who led everyone with a 66. CDO standout Morgan Messick is five strokes back at 71.
