There will be no Division I teams from Southern Arizona for the next two years after the AIA Executive Board finalized all appeals on Tuesday, November 27.

That created a super Division II and Division III from Southern Arizona in football. Other notables include Canyon del Oro in D-III along with a host of teams that also made the move down to battle Sabino.

Amphitheater is now in D-IV and will once again be a major force in the state.

Now the process moves to selection sections within each division. That initial list will be released on December 11.
