Vernon Parker recently announced his candidacy for the US Congress, AZ District 9 – despite not living in the district. He’s publicly said he’ll move. Now we know why. Just weeks before publicizing his run for higher office again this year, Parker’s mortgage company announced that his Paradise Valley home will be auctioned off May 11, 2012 due to foreclosure. A Notice of Trustee’s Sale was filed with the Maricopa County Recorder’s Office by foreclosure servicer, Quality Loan Service Corp., on February 10, 2012.
