Breaking: The NRA has scrubbed Ted Nugent’s remarks from their website. Still waiting on Mitt Romney…

That might be a kind token for now, but when will the NRA eliminate Ted Nugent from their board and when will they stop using the “hillbilly in a loincloth” as their spokesperson? Hasn’t the NRA learned enough from America’s history and the ties associated with Lee Harvey Oswald? This is serious business and I wrote about it here.
Speaking of loins … the Multiple Choice Mitt Romney can’t gird up his own loins to denounce Ted Nugent, either. He has to wait to see if the NRA will do anything I suppose because there are news reports of Romney calling Nugent seeking his endorsement.

The National Rifle Association has pulled the video of Ted Nugent’s incendiary comments from the organization’s official YouTube account and from the NRANews.com website.
In recent days Nugent, an NRA board member, has come under intense criticism for comments at this year’s NRA convention.
Nugent described the Obama administration as a “vile, evil America-hating administration” that is “wiping its ass with the Constitution” while telling the crowd that “[w]e need to ride into that battlefield and chop their heads off in November.” Nugent also claimed that “If Barack Obama becomes the president in November, again, I will either be dead or in jail by this time next year.”
Where are these crazies coming from?
Oh yes … the Tea Party. Meh … at least Guitar World picked the Nuge as one of the worst dressed guitarists. Ouch.
