Joe Arpaio has wasted millions and millions of tax payer dollars due to the lawsuits of mysterious deaths. In fact, a Latino veteran was killed in Arpaio’s prison this past year and Arizonans are going to have to fork that multi-million dollar lawsuit due to the culture of death Arpaio has brought into his prison system.
