Arizona DREAM Act Activist (Erika Andiola) had her home raided by ICE and her mother faces deportation

by on Jan. 11, 2013, under DREAM Act student families being targeted by ICE in Arizona

I was just informed by the Lou Show that a prominent Arizona DREAM Act activist via Erika Andiola had her home raided by ICE earlier this evening. Many questions are arising since Erika has been very active with regard to pushing for legal immigration reform and the DREAM Act and this is yet another example how ICE targets and forces families apart.

Indeed Erika’s mother has a very real fear of being deported to Mexico and we are asking our readers to write John Morton who is head of ICE and Janet Napolitano who is in charge of DHS. Please write ICE and DHS and request asylum be given to Erika’s mother.

We are asking Janet Napalitano and John Morton to please consider giving Erika’s mother asylum.  We believe Erika’s family was targeted in Arizona.
