What is it with the antiquated misogynist Republican Party and Mitt Romney attacking veterans — the real patriots who put their lives on the line for our great Nation?
Wednesday, October 10th, 2012Judas Priest, it is bad enough the Vietnam draft dodging Mitt Romney is trying to suppress the Ohio military vote, but now I just learned from 
VoteVets.org that Tammy Duckworth, a veteran of the Armed Forces and a patriot is being attacked by Republicans.
I’m a Gulf War I Veteran and an independent registered voter, so I am hella pissed that people have the audacity to attack veterans and our voting rights — especially a woman. As such, Veterans and military dependents need to call out these Republicans.
Tammy Duckworth is now facing $2 million in attack ads from outside right wing groups, and more is coming.
We really need to step up for Tammy. A Veteran and a patriot of her caliber deserves much better treatment from conservative groups, but, unfortunately, they’ve decided to take this campaign into the gutter.
We need to step up for Tammy, right now. The airwaves are being flooded to tilt the race to the man who denigrated her service, time and time again.
