Independent voters must request a democratic ballot in order to vote for good Democratic candidates!

Amanda Aguirre For the First Latina Arizona Congresswoman

The National Tequila Party Movement is reaching out to women and independent voters to support Amanda Aguirre for U.S. Congress. If Amanda wins, she would be the first Arizona Latina Congresswoman in U.S. history. Independent voters must request a Democratic ballot in order to vote for good Democratic candidates. The Tequila Party is a Latina-led counter movement to the Tea Party extremism, so we especially support women who have a record of helping domestic violence abuse victims and breast cancer patients.

We are reaching out the following areas: YUMA, MARICOPA, PIMA, and SANTA CRUZ.

We have spoken with several county recorder offices today (Pima, Maricopa, Santa Cruz, Yuma) and everyone (except Yuma) is saying the following:

Aug. 17 – deadline to request mail-in ballot

Aug. 24 – deadline to vote inside recorder office

Yuma County is saying the deadline is Aug 10th and we are told the Santa Cruz office is working with Yuma to get this fixed. We will follow-up to find out when this happens, otherwise, Yuma County could get sued for voter disenfranchisement.

Here is the reminder we are sending out to independent registered voters and women.

TO MARICOPA INDEPENDENTS AND WOMEN:

Reminder for our women voters that the primary election is on August 28th and, as an independent, you can only vote in the democratic primary if you request a ballot by calling 602-506-1511.

TO PIMA INDEPENDENTS AND WOMEN:

Reminder for our women voters that the primary election is on August 28th and, as an independent, you can only vote in the democratic primary if you request a ballot by calling 520-724-4350.

TO SANTA CRUZ INDEPENDENTS AND WOMEN:

Reminder for our women voters that the primary election is on August 28th and, as an independent, you can only vote in the democratic primary if you request a ballot by calling (520) 375-7990.

TO YUMA INDEPENDENTS AND WOMEN:

Reminder for our women voters that the primary election is on August 28th and, as an independent, you can only vote in the democratic primary if you request a ballot by calling (928)373-6020.
