In his mailer, Arpaio targets the independent candidate Mike Stauffer for sheriff who wants to eliminate tent city.

For the record: Penzone has not taken a strong stance against tent city and does not address it on his website.
Back to Arpaio’s mass mailer … I would rather be the Independent Candidate Mike Stauffer for shutting down tent city than Democratic candidate Paul Penzone with regard to his domestic violence history in the mass mailer scenario.
I can only imagine what women voters are saying these days in small little communities, rural neighborhoods and etc.
