DREAM Act student cries after loss of 2010 DREAM Act vote
Whatever happened to the Republican ‘mantra’ of personal responsibility?
Rep. Jeff Flake of Arizona should have been concerned about how Arizona swing voters will vote during 2012 when he decided to cast a vote AGAINST the youth. According to a poll, Arizona voters support the DREAM Act. In other words, Flake should have voted in

Joaquin Luna (DREAM ACT Student) who committed suicide day after Thanksgiving 2011 because he felt he had no hope.
support of the DREAM Act in December 2010, but he failed to do so.
Sorry, Mr. Flake.
You flaked out against the DREAMers in December of 2010 because you succumbed to Tea Party extremist pressure, therefore, key swing Independent Latino voters will flake out in voting for you in 2012. But our reason for not voting for you has much to do with us succumbing to the hurt we see from My People.
Perhaps you should make a full blown apology for not voting in support of the DREAM Act before Cinco de Mayo 2012, or forever lose the bulk of the Mexican-American eligible voter. Your apology will show us that you will get on the right side of things before the 2012 primary election day based on PRINCIPLE and not doing things for political expediency in an era where Latinos have been once bitten twice shy with flip-floppers.
From Jeff Flake for U.S. Senate:
Obama’s eyes are on Arizona. The New York Times reported this week that Obama’s presidential campaign is pouring hundreds of thousands of dollars into their ground game in Arizona. They already have hundreds of volunteers across the state who all share the same goal – register more Democrats.
