Is FOX News Latino helping spread misinformation via Flip Flopper Matthew Kolken who seems unsure on the immigration stance taken by Rep. Luis Gutierrez and Dream 9 / Dream 30?
We wrote about Matthew Kolken several months ago because Kolken is one of President Obama’s most vocal critics on immigration. According to FOX NEWS Latino, Kolken is the Anglo attorney that gave “guidance” to the Dream 9. The Dream 9 consists of people who deported themselves, and coincidentally enough these self deportation ideas are ideas supported by the former and ousted Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce and the two-time GOP Presidential candidate loser via Mitt Romney. Make no mistake, the Mexican American voters who live in the bordering State of Arizona pushed back against the self deport idea via the Dream 9 because they don’t want under educated Mexican immigrants to receive poor advice that will affect them in the long term.
I think it’s fair to point out that Kolken was back and forth yesterday like a 2 year old child who didn’t get what he wanted — in the morning he was begging Rep. Luis Gutierrez to help the DREAM 30 because of Gutierrez’s commitment to the cause; but then Kolken began to retweet the attacks on Rep. Gutierrez made by radical and extremist groups via DreamActivist.org and the National Immigrant Youth Alliance (NIYA). Now we catch Kolken telling FOX that Gutierrez is being manipulated?
Would Kolken say that about a white guy?
Do the math.
3 of the Dream 9 were eligible for DACA relief, but instead they decided to add their publicity stunt to the already bloated detention facilities at the expense of us (the American tax payer). Mexican American voters do not support adding to our tax bill under the name of ‘publicity stunts’ and certainly we do not want to encourage those who profit from activism and conflict. We maintain millions of our dollars are already being wasted on detention center in light of prison profits.
More importantly, it is a fact Mohammad Abdollahi (Iranian immigrant) solicits for thousands of dollars under the name of “legal coyote” work.
Why is Matthew Kolken critical of Rep. Luis Gutierrez instead of being critical of one of pseudo immigrant rights activist via Mohammad Abdollahi?
Kolken has some explaining to do, and I believe the Department of Justice ought to look into the “guidance” Kolken gave to the DREAM 9.
In light of Kolken’s criticism of Rep. Gutierrez, and being one of the biggest critics of President Obama — why isn’t Kolken critical of Mohammad when Mohammad stated he was successful with “legal coyote” work. After all, Kolken is an immigration lawyer and the FBI says there is no such thing as “legal coyote” work.
Why isn’t Kolken critical of Mohammad’s anti-American sentiment when Mohammad refers to our Nation as “Amerikkka?”
Shouldn’t Kolken know that pseudo immigration activists who embrace anti-American and anti-Israel sentiment will not be helpful in the progress of the immigration rights movement wit Republicans owning the House of Representatives?
In the below print screen taken from Kolken’s facebook page, we see him advocating for amnesty when we all know there is no flipping way the amnesty idea will garner Republican votes. He can formally write me and explain the below print screens at firstname.lastname@example.org. He called me a few weeks ago, but I was driving and could not take notes.
In the below print screen taken from Kolken’s facebook page, we see him making comments about doing away with the Department Homeland Security as Americans live in the post 911 era. Many forget DHS was strengthened under Republican President George W. Bush. But where is Kolken’s criticism of that?
FACT: Most Americans support legal immigration reform so long as we have border security.
While Kolken gave the Dream9 “guidance,” we see another immigration lawyer via David Bennion giving advice to the Dream30. Where does Kolken stand when Bennion made the case for open borders?
You gotta hand it to these Anglo lawyers … they must think we are a bunch of dumb Messicans who want to follow the likes of Mohammad Abdollahi (Iranian immigrant) and Prerna Lal (Fijian immigrant who has stated before “Fiji is better than our Nation) — but nothing can be further from the truth. We call on BS and it is clear with regard to Mohammad’s actions he is attempting to make a mockery out of our immigration system using our American tax dollars in an already bloated detention system.
And last but certainly not least … why does it appear Kolken does not want public defenders in immigration court? Is it because it would take money out of his pocket?
You decide for yourself what Matthew Kolken’s own words mean below:
In my own opinion, I believe Kolken has an agenda to prevent a Democratic President (Obama) from signing any legal immigration reform bill that will fix the already broken immigration system. It appears he is afraid of ‘generational Mexican-American Democratic’ voters.
I believe Kolken is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and in my view Kolken has no agency to speak on behalf of the Mexican American families who are affected by immigration. We hope to see the DOJ investigate Kolken with regard to the “guidance” he gave Dream 9 — because now their lives are affected. They are in asylum limbo and their citizenship cannot be guaranteed. In fact, we believe since they deported themselves … it will affect their citizenship status. We want to know what role and what guidance Kolken gave the DREAM 9. More than ever we need moderate Republicans to support fixing the broken immigration system so that we can prevent financial scam artists like Mohammad and his cohorts. We must know who is living and hiding in the shadows of society and we must document and know who exists in our Nation so there will be no more fear in deportation when “real harmful” criminals are reported to law enforcement agencies.
