Open Border Republican Libertarian Lawyers Guiding Dream 9 and Dream 30 to Hijack Legal Immigration Reform by Gang of EightSunday, October 6th, 2013
Not one Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF) lawyer is behind guiding the anti-Obama groups via DreamActivist.org and The National Immigrant Youth Alliance (NIYA) anarchist-leaning groups led by Prerna Lal (Fijian immigrant) and Mohammad Abdollahi (Iranian immigrant). More than ever we need Republican House Representatives to support legal immigration reform from a clearly broken system. The immigration issue is a federal responsibility and it is the responsibility of Congress to fix the broken system while enhancing National Security. The Mexican American community has witnessed notario fraud and immigrant financial scams that continue to spread. DreamActivist and the NIYA founders are on the record for supporting / stating they are in the business of “legal coyote” work while asking for thousands of dollars and I have reported them to the FBI, DOJ and DHS.
That said, I would like my audience to get to know Matthew Kolken is an Anglo lawyer who supported the former 2012 Republican Presidential Candidate Gary Johnson who was a 2 time Republican Governor of New Mexico who then went to run as the 2012 Libertarian Presidential candidate. Kolken gave representatives of the self-deported DREAM9 some “guidance” before their protest in Mexico according to FOX News Latino. I maintain and believe that it is counter productive to encourage immigrants to self-deport when the majority of immigration activists are fighting to keep immigrants within our borders!
Matthew has taken every opportunity to bash President Obama. In fact, I don’t believe I saw anything positive come from him when the Obama administration supported Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
We all know that the majority of the Democratic lawmakers in Congress support legal immigration reform, so why is Kolken advocating for unreasonable ideas that will not garner more Republican votes at the Hill? [Particularly when we all know that the Republicans own the House.]
I think many of us know that the Republican WILL NOT support any form of comprehensive immigration reform bill WITHOUT compromise.
In the below print screen taken from Kolken’s facebook page, we see him advocating for amnesty when we all know there is no flipping way the amnesty idea will garner Republican votes.
In the below print screen taken from Kolken’s facebook page, we see him wanting to completely do away with the Department Homeland Security as Americans live in the post 911 era. Many forget DHS was strengthened under Republican President George W. Bush. But where is Kolken’s criticism of that?
Matthew Kolken has encouraged his audience to vote for former Republican Governor of New Mexico via Gary Johnson who was the 2012 Libertarian candidate below:
FACT: Most Americans support legal immigration reform so long as we have border security.
Meanwhile, David Bennion is another Anglo attorney for the Dream 30 and here are his unreasonable views on immigration. I believe he is due for a bar complaint for contributing to the exploitation of Mexican minors, the desperate and undereducated immigrants because he is presenting unreasonable ideas for Open Borders he knows will not be accepted by the Republican controlled House of Representatives. Furthermore, Mr. Bennion stated before he was in support of keeping families together, yet a father was hurt to see his 2 children and wife leave for the United States.

My perspective on open borders has been profoundly shaped by my work with undocumented organizers in the U.S. In this post, I make the argument that the people most directly affected by closed borders are best able to create the political conditions necessary for open borders because: FULL ENTRY HERE>>>>
DreamActivist.org / the National Immigrant Youth Association (Fijian and Iranian-led organizations) and attorney via David Bennion are taking advantage of the desperate, the undereducated immigrant Mexican minors by chasing pipeline dreams while conducting “legal coyote” financial scams. It is unfortunate these people are led by Republican-Libertarian and anti-Obama people. It is also no wonder they are protesting Democratic officials.
I do know these groups are under investigation as I reported them to the FBI and other human trafficking departments.
The pseudo Dream Act activist groups via DreamActivist.org (DA) and/or The National Immigration Youth Alliance (NIYA) leadership via Mohammad Abdollahi (Iranian immigrant) and Prerna Lal (Fijian immigrant) do not support legal immigration reform, and are on record for not supporting the Senate Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill recently passed and supported by the Gang of Eight and Senator Dick Durbin.
DA and NIYA have repeatedly attacked President Obama and the Democratic Party — and now they are attacking a pro-immigration (D) Representative via Henry Cuellar of Texas. Leaders of these organizations believe the Tea Party Republicans are not the real “immigration reform enemy” and in fact have supported Mr. Self Deportation Republican Candidate via Mitt Romney.
