Pseudo DreamActivist Group Misinforming Immigrants & Attacking (D) Rep. Cuellar Who Supports Immigration ReformThursday, October 3rd, 2013
The pseudo Dream Act activist groups via DreamActivist.org (DA) and The National Immigration Youth Alliance (NIYA) leadership via Mohammad Abdollahi (Iranian immigrant) and Prerna Lal (Fijian immigrant) do not support legal immigration reform, and are on record for not supporting the Senate Comprehensive Immigration Reform Bill recently passed and supported by the Gang of Eight.
In addition to Mohammad and Prerna running a financial scam for claiming they conduct ‘legal coyote’ work (we reported the activity to the FBI), they are misinforming the desperate and undereducated minor immigrants. The FBI and the Department of Homeland Security have confirmed there is no such thing as “legal coyote” work. Yet, leaders of these organizations continue to solicit for donations to run scams that is laced in the misinformation they are producing.
DA and NIYA are unreasonable extremist anarchy-like groups with an objective to eliminate the southern wall we currently have and they will not support the 2013 Immigration Reform that was recently passed by the Democratic controlled Senate. DA and NIYA have repeatedly attacked President Obama and the Democratic Party — and now they are attacking a pro-immigration (D) Representative via Henry Cuellar of Texas. Leaders of these organizations believe the Tea Party Republicans are not the real “immigration reform enemy” and in fact have supported Mr. Self Deportation Republican Candidate via Mitt Romney.
Rep. Cuellar will not support DA and NIYA extremism and he is smart to do so because Mohammad Abdollahi is misinforming the public.
It is a fact (D) Rep. Cuellar supports immigration reform and we are encourage our readers to call him and thank him for supporting reasonable immigration reform.
You may call him at:
Mohammad is creating false hopes to desperate immigrants like Luis Leon who is currently in ‘asylum’ hearing limbo. Luis Leon believes he is going to be granted asylum despite the fact it is almost twice as hard for asylum to be granted to a Mexican immigrant. Luis Leon has already been deported 3 times, and it is unfortunate Mohammad is creating false hopes to immigrants who do not know any better. Mohammad is also on the record for wanting to bring back all 1.7 million immigrants who have been deported. We reject that pipeline dream and notion because as Americans, we want the good immigrants — not the immigrants who have murdered or caused serious harm to others.
More importantly, DreamActivist has been soliciting for more funds while exploiting a 13 year old girl. Mohammad Abdollahi and lawyer David Bennion are encouraging the 13 year old girl from leaving her loving parents when they know genuine immigration activists have been fighting to keep families together when they are forced apart, detained and deported.
Rep. Cuellar’s endorsement of DA and NIYA Dream30 action would mean Cuellar would essentially contradict his current pro-immigrant and legal immiration reform views.
NIYA’s Dream30 action (promoted by DreamActivist) has received funding from Alliance for Global Justice.
According to the NY POST:
The cash marks an embarrassment for a movement supposedly railing against capitalism and wealth, especially now that a radical group called the Alliance for Global Justice is legally sponsoring the protest. By lending its tax-exempt status — for a 7 percent cut! — the global-justice group allows donors to deduct their contributions from federal taxes and gives its own board control over the money.
The alliance, based in Washington, is a hotbed of far-left causes that range from backing hunger strikes in California prisons to denouncing the CIA and oil companies. Its Web site says the group sponsors operations in the Gaza Strip, with Hamas, and boasts of an alliance with Anarchists Against the Wall, which contests Israel’s security barrier in the West Bank.
