Joe Arpaio files only half the signatures independent candidate Mike Stauffer submitted to be on Sheriff ballot
Thursday, May 31st, 2012Republican Joe Arpaio was only able to file half the signatures independent candidate Mike Stauffer submitted to be put on Maricopa CountySheriff’s ballot. Mike Stauffer submitted 30,000 signature where Joe Arpaio was only able to submit 15, 000 signatures.
Furthermore, independent candidate Mike Stauffer submitted more signatures than all three candidates combined who are vying for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s department.
What will Joe Arpaio’s strategy be next?
To target the weakest Democratic candidate he wants to run against, and naturally he will pick the one who has no leadership experience at all. Joe Arpaio is afraid of Mike Stauffer because Arpaio knows that independent voters in Arizona make up the 2nd largest party in our state.
