I am very glad the candidate for Arizona Senate via  Scott Michael Prior is addressing the latest and hottest issue involving the Republican Rich Crandall who left a furious and voicemail involving threats on Brenda Barton’s phone messaging system.  Not only is Crandall a carpetbagger — he is also in my view a coward for picking on women and threatening education legislation that affects children.   The bottom line is that Crandall left the threats on Brenda’s voicemail instead of Fillmore’s voicemail system.   What makes Richie Rich Crandall feel like it is better to attack a woman rather than John Fillmore (the man who is actually running against him)?  Can you understand what is going on and do you see it from a woman’s perspective?  Not very many people are reporting things from a woman’s perspective even though there are more women who vote in the elections than men here in Arizona and overall nationally in Presidential cycles.  We think, and Scott Prior explains this in his video below … that Crandall left the threat against Brenda because she snapped a photo of a crime in progress.

With that said, I am in favor (as a woman and as an independent voter) of Scott Prior for Arizona Senate.  I don’t agree with everything Scott believes in, but he’s the best one for the job in this nasty political climate we are living in here in our state.  I know I might upset some of my Mormon friends because Crandall is a Mormon and I realize the Mormon Temple is located in Mesa, AZ, but I have had it with corrupt politicians who abuse their power and make threats against women.

Scott Prior also participated in a war on women rally, and I was also VERY GLAD TO HEAR that Scott is not backing Paul Penzone Maricopa County Sheriff’s office. As many of you might know, Susan B. Penzone (Paul Penzone’s wife at the time) told the Glendale Police Department that Paul shoved her into the doorway causing documented injuries. I know many men and others might want to turn a blind eye to that, but as the foundress of a woman-led movement … we will not turn a blind eye to attacks and threats made against women, anymore.

Enough is enough. I know the good ol’ boy system real well, and it’s time for women to coalesce and support men who don’t attack us with threats particularly threats that will stop educational legislation that helps children.
