the defendant. This is precisely why I am supporting Independent candidate Mike Stauffer for Maricopa County Sheriff.
First, a little background on my experience … I served (honorably) the United States Air Force under the capacity of a law enforcement bomb dog handler, so I know about the abuse of authority police officers have taken part of. More importantly, while attending college, several years ago, I also was a supervisor in District Court helping oversee Protection from Abuse cases filed by mostly abused women. I take issue with Paul Penzone attempting to spoil the vote in the Maricopa County Sheriff race, not only as a woman, but an independent voter in Arizona.
I also take issue with Penzone not coming clean about the corrupt Arpaio sending him a thank you letter that smells of collusion. Paul Penzone lacks the transparency card, and we will not trust him at all.

It gets worse, the Court actually found the Defendant Paul Penzone represented a credible threat to the physical safety of the Plaintiff …. IN FACT, Paul Penzone was ordered not to possess a FIREARM or AMMUNITION.
His weapon was taken away from him on March 21, 2003 through April 29, 2003. We are awaiting more records we have requested as we get to the bottom of this domestic violence case.
Meanwhile, the below shows proof of when he was ordered by the Court to turn in his firearms and ammo to the Glendale Law Enforcement Agency.
Paul Penzone was ordered to turn in his firearm to Glendale Law Enforcement agency via Protection Order filed by his wife when she told the police he struck her.
