Bring Them Home 2 / Border Surge Another Publicity Stunt By Open Border Radicals Tied to “Coyote” WorkMonday, September 23rd, 2013
Prerna Lal (co founder of DreamActivist.org) is a political opportunist but when you cut to the chase and look at her actions, you find someone who concentrates on her own advancement to the tune of raising money for herself and her rent or mortgage. Mohammad Abdollahi is also co-founder of DreamActivist.org and now the National Immigrant Youth Alliance (NIYA) and it appears he is planning another publicity stunt. The immediate past President of American Immigration Lawyers Association via David Leopold was correct when he called the DREAM9 incident he helped orchestrate a publicity stunt, and it appears these same anti-Obama radicals with anarchist views are at it again in an effort to solicit sympathy and donations for their anti-American and/or anti-Israel cause. *Note: Mohammad Abdollahi is on the record for not supporting comprehensive immigration reform in 2013. But all the DREAM9 incident did was grant an asylum hearing case which can take years to happens. In fact, asylum cases are twice as hard for Mexican immigrants to obtain, and it is unfortunate a Fiji and Iranian led movement encouraged a Mexican immigrant to take bad advice and one that could affect her status permanently in the future.
Instead of focusing on calling Republican House Representatives to pass the Gang of Eight Legal Immigration Reform Bill that was passed in the Senate, it appears these radicals with anarchist views are wanting to waste more of our tax payer monies in the detention system further clogging and wasting American tax dollars.
That said, both Prerna Lal and Mohammad Abdollahi believe CIR is dead (because they do not support CIR in 2013. Perhaps the law school student and activist didn’t receive the memo when the Facebook CEO via Mark Zuckerberg was lobbying at the Capitol and appears to be optimistic?
Last week we reported DreamActivist.org and their co-founders (Prerna Lal and Mohammad Abdollahi) for “legal coyote” work to the FBI. Prerna Lal and Mohammad Abdollahi bill themselves as so-called immigration activist(s) who earn their money and donations via “activism” here. Recently an LLC entity was created again with the Wyoming Secretary of State listing addresses in Antioch, California and in Washington D.C., and yet another new entity was formed via NIYA.
Therefore, I called the FBI Phoenix office with regard to Mohammad Abdollahi’s statement (see below captured comments) where he is soliciting $2,000.00 that may or may not go towards “some legal coyote work.” The FBI representative told me there was no such thing as “legal coyote” work, and he suspected a scam via telephone conversation.
Those who have given financially to DreamActivist.org and now NIYA ought to be concerned with the following questions:
Are they asking donors to directly finance human smuggling?
I wonder, since the solicitation is so clearly asking the recipient to contribute to a possible illegal act, can the donor be held responsible?
Do you remember when fourteen travel agency owners or employees were indicted on human smuggling and other charges, accused of selling airline tickets they thought would be used by illegal immigrants? According to the news: “The travel agency workers were charged under state human smuggling laws because they were facilitating the human trafficking, authorities said. Some faced charges of money laundering, conspiracy, racketeering and participating in fraudulent schemes.”
Below, Mohammad Abdollahi (in partnership with Prerna Lal who wants to be admitted to the California Bar Association) remarks on “legal coyote” work:
I read Prerna Lal’s views regarding another “Border Surge” via the “Bring Them Home” Campaign, but I encourage her to read the federal alien smuggling statute which says:
§ 1324. Bringing in and harboring certain aliens (a) Criminal penalties. (1) (A) Any person who– (i) knowing that a person is an alien, brings to or attempts to bring to the United States in any manner whatsoever such person at a place other than a designated port of entry or place other than as designated by the Commissioner, regardless of whether such alien has received prior official authorization to come to, enter, or reside in the United States and regardless of any future official action which may be taken with respect to such alien; (ii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise, in furtherance of such violation of law; (iii) knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, conceals, harbors, or shields from detection, or attempts to conceal, harbor, or shield from detection, such alien in any place, including any building or any means of transportation; (iv) encourages or induces an alien to come to, enter, or reside in the United States, knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such coming to, entry, or residence is or will be in violation of law; or (v) (I) engages in any conspiracy to commit any of the preceding acts, or (II) aids or abets the commission of any of the preceding acts, shall be punished as provided in subparagraph (B).
Perhaps it is time for Prerna Lal to go to her University and request a refund for law school education. Lord knows Prerna is on the record for claiming Fiji is better than the U.S.A., and perhaps it may be time for her to go back. I hear Fiji is beautiful with a thriving economy.
