A vote for candidate and career politician Jeff Flake is a vote for “Big Brother”

Friday, September 28th, 2012

Libertarian Candidate and high profile attorney Marc J. Victor makes an excellent watchman and I am enjoying finding out how he is putting career politician Jeff Flake in check with Liberty issues.

Victor writes:

Senate Candidate Marc J. Victor Criticizes Jeff Flake’s Vote To Spy On Americans

“…Mr. Victor goes on to say, “With this vote, one must ask, if Jeff Flake has such little regard for privacy and rights of Americans, what other police state-type measures would he also support? Senate Candidate Jeff Flake has assisted in directing our country on an Orwellian path of domestic surveillance with obvious disregard for the Bill of Rights and the civil liberties of Americans. Arizonans have long had an independent streak, cherished liberty and resisted the growth of big government. With this latest vote for warrantless surveillance, Senate Candidate Jeff Flake has demonstrated an inability or unwillingness to protect freedom and help return our nation to the principles that made us a great nation. ”

About Marc Victor: Marc J. Victor, aka “Attorney for Freedom” is a practicing criminal defense attorney with offices in Chandler, Arizona, since 1994….”

(VIDEO) Veterans against Jeff Flake US Senate Candidate. Both candidates Richard Carmona and Libertarian Marc J. Victor served our Nation

Thursday, September 27th, 2012

I have already established how both candidates Richard Carmona and Libertarian Marc J. Victor served our Nation and are running for US Senate in an earlier story I wrote here.

That said, let it be known that there is a Veteran Video being circulated addressing Jeff Flake. In the below video, veterans are calling out Jeff Flake for voting against helping Veterans or returning troops when he voted to cut Veteran benefits by billion$.

As an independent voter and as a veteran who served my country honorably, I take issue with Jeff Flake voting against measures that help veterans who were willing to risk their lives for this great nation.

Do Arizona voters want another “shirtless career politician” for Senate? Or someone who puts Americans first in D.C.?

Sunday, September 23rd, 2012

As an Independent registered vote, I am particularly leery of shirtless politicians who pretend to be good public servants, and I especially have a problem with politicians who are more concerned about their image as they are more driven by polls these days instead of hammering issues in a bipartisanship way.

I repeat:  We are now entering an era in which American voters are supporting public servants who want to take care of issues — and not worry about the polls and their image.  We want issue driven people … not Party partisanship as Flake has displayed recently.

Jeff Flake is not a moderate politician, and I for one am ready for effective change to take place in Arizona and at the Hill.  We are so tired of the old and mundane career politicians, and I for one am a big believer in term limits. We thank Jeff Flake for his many years in Washington, but it is time for something new.  We want and need someone who has a proven bipartisanship track record, and unfortunately, Jeff Flake doesn’t cut the cake.

Have you noticed how these career politicians have turned out to be people who did very little at the Hill?

So why do I believe we ought to give Senate Candidate Richard Carmona a go at it?

The answer is simple:  Richard Carmona has a bipartisanship background.  Indeed Carmona was  appointed by President George W. Bush in 2002, Carmona left office at the end of July 2006 upon the expiration of his term. After leaving office, Carmona was highly critical of the Bush administration for suppressing scientific findings which conflicted with the Administration’s ideological agenda.

That’s independence, amigos.

Carmona has the spinal fortitude to blow the whistle while utilizing scientific evidence and finding despite toeing a Party line.  As a result of that,  registered Independent voters should take notice.  Americans should rely on facts, evidence and scientific findings despite what the Party says.

Jeff Flake has already proven to succumb to the Tea Party rhetoric, with his many reversals on positions he used to stand for — and Flake has proven to us that he is driven by polls and not issues.

Independent voters are ISSUE driven, and not Party driven — hence, my support for Richard Carmona for Arizona U.S. Senate.
