candidate involved in this race so the race is between a Libertarian and a Republican.

In the debate, you will find how the Libertarian Michael Kielsky wants to focus going after the real criminal element with regard to crime in general. Often times, we have seen Bill Montgomery go after people who have done no harm to others, and you can hear for yourselves how Kielsky puts Montgomery on the defense to this regard.

In the second video, you will hear Kielsky’s explanation on why he opposed SB 1070. Free market Republicans who support pro growth business solutions will enjoy Kielsky’s views. Many commercial developers have experienced a negative impact when they lost millions and millions of dollars in project development once SB 1070 was signed. Bill Montgomery’s protectionist views harm our economy, and wastes tax payers dollars. It is clear in the debate, that Bill Montgomery wants to continue to rule with the iron fist.

I received a robo-call by Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s campaign that was created by a woman warning callers not to allow anyone to come to your door to pick up ballots. I believe the Arpaio chose a female person to initiate these calls in light of Penzone’s domestic violence history which is why we warned folks not to support flawed candidates. Flawed candidates cannot beat Arpaio.

I received the call last night at approximately 5:00 pm Arizona time and the robo-call discussed these below points:

Tent City

Saving Millions of dollars

Warning Arizona not to give their ballots to anyone at the door

I believe the rob0-calls coming from Sheriff Joe Arpaio are being made in light of the story below.

If you are one of the more than 1 million-plus voters in Maricopa County who received early ballots, the county recorder has a warning for you: Don’t give your ballots to anyone at your doorstep.

Recorder Helen Purcell told CBS 5 News she has received several complaints about people knocking on doors, saying they are from the county and offering to pick up and turn in early ballots for the voter.

Remember Sheriff Joe Arpaio has million$ of dollars crushing his (Democratic) opponent while leaving Independent candidate Mike Stauffer alone because Arpaio’s campaign, and certainly Chad Willem knows that independent Arizona voters swing conservatively. The Arpaio campaign cannot afford to lose the key swing independent conservative vote and this is where Independent candidate Mike Stauffer for Maricopa County Sheriff can do significant damage to him. On the other hand, political novices and Paul Penzone supporters are attacking women and independent voters — shooting themselves in the foot.

All along we have supported Mike Stauffer for Maricopa County sheriff because he has the advanced education and experience that both the Republican and Democratic candidates do not have.

There isn’t much difference between the two parties in Maricopa county and there is no room for partisan politics in the sheriff’s office. All we get is someone beholding to their party. What we need is professional law enforcement. Someone who is qualified and has the education, experience and plan to reform MCSO on Day 1.

The independent candidate Stauffer, is that law enforcement professional. Stauffer for sheriff.

It’s time for the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department to go non-partisan with Mike Stauffer. We are tired of partisanship politics in our State.

On April 11, 2003 pursuant to Rule XXVII, H.J. Res. 51 was deemed to have passed the House as a result of the adoption by the House and the Senate of the conference report for H. Con. Res. 95, the FY 2004 Budget Resolution. That resolution raised the public debt ceiling to $7,384,000,000. [CRS Report, Votes on Measures to Adjust the Statutory Debt Limit, 1978 to Present, 5/10/11; H Con Res 95, Vote 141, 4/11/03]

2004: Flake Voted To Increase The National Debt Limit By $700 Billion. In 2004, Rep. Flake voted for a procedural motion that included a roughly $700 billion debt limit increase. The provision inserted into a popular Defense spending bill allowed supporters to sidestep a direct vote on boosting the legal limit on government borrowing, then at $7.4 trillion. Congress approved a $984 billion debt ceiling boost in May 2003, the largest ever, without a stand-along vote, and a $450 billion increase in June 2002. Before that, the cap was not increased since 1997. The measure passed 221-197. [HR 4613, Vote 284, 6/22/04; CQ Today, 6/23/04; AP, 6/22/04]

2004: Flake Voted To Increase The National Debt Limit By $800 Billion. In 2004, Rep. Flake voted to raise the federal debt limit by $800 billion to $8.18 trillion. The Washington Post reported, “By passing such a huge increase in the debt limit, with no strings attached, Congress has effectively given the Bush administration a blank check to continue running large deficits, said Stephen S. Roach, chief economist at Morgan Stanley. ‘An open-ended license for this kind of fiscal irresponsibility is a recipe for disaster,’ he said.” The bill was adopted 208-204.
Will resign his position in Arizona Legislature as part of the plea deal

Tempe politician Ben Arredondo pleaded guilty to two felonies and agreed to resign his legislative seat Friday, becoming the latest in a string of Arizona politicians to face criminal and ethics charges.

Trembling as he addressed the court, Arredondo pleaded guilty in federal court to honest services fraud and mail fraud. Honest services fraud is a federal charge often used in cases related to public corruption. Each felony comes with a maximum prison sentence of up to 20 years and $250,000 in fines. Restitution could be up to $50,000.

Now there is developing news that a Legislative District 27 resident is sueing (D) Rep Catherine Miranda over allegations of forged signatures on campaign docs and wants her tossed off the ballot.

And for those of you who are not from our whacky state of Arizona….go figure that our own Tom Horne (Attorney General) is also being investigated.

Criminy! The crap we have to put up with here. Now you know why independent voters have surged in our State becoming the 2nd largest voting bloc in our state now for the first time in Arizona history. This is my shameless plug for Arizona voters to support Prop 121.

The Arizona Attorney General’s Office is launching a criminal investigation of Democratic state Rep. Catherine Miranda’s campaign, according to a spokeswoman for Attorney General Tom Horne.

The case stems from two investigations that Secretary of State Ken Bennett referred to Horne’s office, Bennett spokesman Matthew Roberts said Friday.

Documents obtained by 12 News indicate that the case focuses on possible forgery on campaign documents, including Miranda’s petitions seeking Clean Elections Commission money for her District 27 re-election race.
