The National Tequila Party Movement was given permission by Diyer Mendoza  to release Joaquin Luna’s final suicide note he wrote before his passing. Diyer is Joaquin’s oldest brother.  It is the wishes of the Joaquin Luna family for Congress to pass an emergency DREAM Act in memory of their lost loved one.

Joaquin Luna was the bright young DREAM Act teenager who committed suicide the day after Thanksgiving Day. We will be sending a copy of this note to every single federal lawmaker in Washington D.C. who voted against the DREAM Act in December 2010. Had they voted in support of the DREAM Act, Joaquin’s life may have been spared.  Multiple teenagers are feeling what Joaquin felt.  It is absurd to believe the idea that it is wrong to have compassion against good children and youth who have pledged allegiance to our flag.  There should be no law against acts of love and compassion to our children.

We will send a letter to all federal lawmakers before they break for Christmas or Holiday urging them to look at Joaquin’s suicide note and passing an emergency DREAM Act.

Jesus Christ  11-25-11

Dear Lord forgive me for what I am about to do tonight. I know it has to be done because I have no point of existence in this cruel world. There are many problems going among teenagers these days and I am fearful to fall in any temptation.  Jesus, I realize I have no chance of becoming a civil engineer the way I always dreamed of here.  So I am planning in going to you and helping you construct the new Temple in Heaven.

I was also informed that Joaquin’s family needs help covering funeral expenses.  Please find it in your heart to give to this hurting family.
